In case your card has been charged more than once, please send us an email at care@atah.in. We assure you that we will resolve the issue at the earliest.

Currently, we do not ship/ deliver products/ orders outside of India. We hope to begin doing so soon. Watch this space for updates!

We typically do not encourage cancellations and/or exchanges of orders once placed. However, exceptions may be made from case-to-case basis. Please review the section on Refunds and Returns for more details.

Once we ship the order you will receive a tracking number via email on your registered email id. All orders can be tracked on www.delhivery.comusing the same tracking code.

We typically ship orders immediatelyon receiving them. While we strive to deliver your order as early as possible, we expect that it should reach you within 4-5 days. In the rare event of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be duly informed of the same.

We have partnered with the logistics company Delhivery, who will attempt delivery of your order three times, before the order is returned to us in case you fail to or are unavailable to receive it. Please ensure that you mention the complete and correct shipping address along with landmark, pincode and your contact number/s, so that the delivery partner may get in touch with you easily.

We accept the following modes of online payments Credit Cards: Mastercard and Visa Debit Cards: All major banks But we will soon integrate Net banking, UPI & Wallets. Hold on tight!

If your order exceeds Rs. 499/-, we will deliver it free of cost, anywhere in India. All orders less than Rs 499/- will be charged delivery.
