Very disappointed

Extremely disappointed with our order. All the orders were missing customised letter and hence whatever we’ve given as gift will not be recognised that was given by us.
This is not the kind of service we were expecting while the item is not bad. It’s just that the whole experience is disappointing especially during Diwali lots of people are giving gifts. Without personalised identification is item will be lost.
Only when we opened one of the items that we found out about the missing personalise note.

Bought ceramic diyas (box of 4) as a gift. My friend loved it. Also, I like the variety to choose from and options of 2 and 4 diyas as well.
